Agenda: This class is designed to improve flexibility, enhance mobility, and promote overall body awareness through a series of dynamic and static stretching techniques. Whether you’re looking to increase your range of motion, reduce muscle tension, or improve your posture, this class will guide you through a variety of stretches that target all major muscle groups.
Equipment Needed: Chair/Bench/Couch, Dumbbells/Weights, Yoga Mat (optional), and Resistance Bands (optional)
