Agenda: Unlock your full potential with our Strength Building Class, designed to help you build muscle, increase endurance, and boost overall power. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, this class offers a dynamic, full-body workout that focuses on progressive resistance training techniques. Each session includes a combination of compound lifts, bodyweight exercises, and targeted movements to work all major muscle groups. Expect to challenge yourself with functional exercises that improve strength, stability, and mobility.
Equipment Needed: Chair/Bench/Couch, Dumbbells/Weights, Yoga Mat, and Resistance Bands (optional)
